inorganic organs! woohoo!

Today, I found myself writing a follow-up prequel-but-not-really to Ash, Gold, Quartz. Not finished yet, but.

There… are a lot more organs in it. I. Actually have a page open on human anatomy and organ systems and diagrams of hearts and stuff for reference. It’s a little weird. Or a lot weird. I don’t think I’ve ever used the words “pancreas” or “spleen” in a fic before! (Well, maybe spleen. I can’t remember.)

But c’mon. Eyes made of opals? That’s kind of awesome. Right? Right. So:

Woke up this morning to realise that it wasn’t a dream, I did indeed write more fanfic last night, and it was (apparently!) another bizarre beautiful good one. Going slightly hysterical, partially because it’s overtly Sherlock/John and partially because it can (apparently!!) be read as allegorical fuck fuck fuck what did I do but what the hell? I’ll pimp it out anyway.
